Dr. Francis Bashan is an ordained minister of the Gospel, a dynamic disciple-maker, marriage and family life educator, coach, mentor, pastoral counselor, author, speaker, and ministry leader with a passion for equipping people to know Christ, strengthen their families, and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.

His ministry combines biblical truth with practical application to inspire lasting spiritual and personal transformation across nations.

Mrs. Esther Bashan is the Co-Founder of Francis Bashan Ministries. She is a gifted worship leader with a passion for discipleship and family transformation.

With a multidisciplinary background in nursing, public health, and education, she brings a unique blend of compassion, wisdom, and practical expertise to the ministry. She works alongside her husband to advance the mission of the ministry as they develop dynamic disciples of Christ while nurturing united and strong families.
